My experience with Bogart Café has been almost entirely positive, and I can honestly say that their food is excellent. However, it must be said that in the past month they have not picked up the phone when I have called in phone orders three separate times. I ordered my food, waited for 20 minutes, never got my food and asked for a refund. They forgot to put my order in, it wasn't busy so I don't know what happened. I don't think I'll be going back.
