"Buffalo Wild Wings, at Ala Moana, has decided the customer should do all the work and then have to tip 18%. They are under staffed. You have to use the QR code, then select what you want, upload your credit card, and pay thru the app. I felt bad for the servers as all they do is deliver food. BUT you have to tip them 18%. That's a poor business practice. The staff, who I talked with, are also unsatisfied with the situation. I no longer recommend this particular location unless of course you want an isolated experience and basically just have food delivered with a poor atmosphere. Some technology is nice but this experience, with the mandatory tip, was not what was wanted. At least the customer doesn't have to do the dishes....but that's probably next."

"We get there at 7:50 and they close at 9, host was very rude, she don’t even say “hi or some like that” she just look at us and said “we out” and just stand in front of us like we can’t even pass, we asked what she means because they close at 9 and she said “we out we not taking anyone else” so we left the place with the worst experience. At least she could’ve be nice instead of being like that. We were 5 persons tryin to come here from Kailua, we definitely not coming back ever, places like this shouldn’t be gettin clients. Improve yall service. As a Latino this place it’s an offense for me."

"I bought spinach curry, butter chicken, and naan for takeout. Both curries have a mild taste that Japanese people like. These were very tasty to us. Next time I would like to eat inside. Moreover, adjust the spiciness to HOT!"

"Exceptional food. All halal. Probably the only place on the whole island that serves halal food. The man who served us also owns the restaurant and he was very humble. I highly recommend trying the Malai Kofta and Butter Chicken. They serve the most unique flavored butter chicken we've ever tried. The place looks a bit simple but the food is just amazing. Don't go by the simplicity of the restaurant. Go by their taste. Will definitely be returning back when we visit Hawaii again in the future."

"The staff and the barista crew are fast and friendly. I did find that the food selection was, in my opinion, a bit limited. The outside seating area was UGLY and in shambles as there was no covered or shaded areas unless you found a table next to the bldg that provided temporary shade. Which is too bad because prior to the pandemic it was a lot. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this Ebar just a 3."
