Excellent restaurant in the Hilton. Great breakfast and great service! The gluten free mochi pancakes are amazing! They are made on the same griddle, so not a good option if you're sensitive to cross contamination. But, wow! And a fun selection of island drinks. No wonder the service is slow! This place keeps the food running. Each time we visited this location for breakfast there was a substantial wait, and like some other places, it’s hard to tell if it’s worth it or not here in Honolulu especially Waikiki, island time is precious!!
