Heystack shrimp shack really dropped the ball for my sisters wedding party. We had a confirmation for a large party with large amount of food and money that never showed up. We called several times with no answer; finally, the owner answered and told us he was sorry but they did not have our order. We were also charged the full amount that will hopefully be refunded.
