"Heystack shrimp shack really dropped the ball for my sisters wedding party. We had a confirmation for a large party with large amount of food and money that never showed up. We called several times with no answer; finally, the owner answered and told us he was sorry but they did not have our order. We were also charged the full amount that will hopefully be refunded. No resolution was offered by the owner except an apology. I understand mistakes happen, but to a 25 wedding party with no food, that is unacceptable."
