I come for coffee and I get ice latte with caramel. I ask to add whip and caramel sauce and charge me for it and they weren't very nice and told me they don't do that when no other employee ever told me that and did it no problem. I love coffee club but the chch airport branch did this. When I go to Northlands they let me tweak it to what I want and I pay for the extras not sure why she refused to do it? But upsettin...
