I normally love this place but my pizza is clearly burned with little black and charred bits.. I've had this same pizza before and it wasn't black like this. I'm not rich and only treat myself once in a while.. disappointed UPDATE: Through email they agreed to replace the Pizza for free! While I the person at the front end didn't add the extra items that I requested (and paid for on the original pizza) they redid it... View all feedback.
