We had a party of 12 make a reservation weeks ago. we arrived last night for 7 PM and we didn't get to leave the restaurant until 9:30. The service was ridiculously slow and we were treated like a major inconvenience. The waitress did apologize for the wait and did say they had plenty of tables come in with no reservations so we were put on the back burner apparently.
