Service was good but food not so much. I had the crunch lobster with soy sauce but turns out the soy sauce was hot sauce so my meal was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. My grandson had the chichen which was very dry. Overall, the food made our experience at Red Lobster not pleasant. Highly suggest the management eat the food being served to determine what is causing the problem. View all feedback.
