"6 family members went for lunch on Friday at 1230 weeks before Thanksgiving for my mom's birthday. Our waiter was great, I wish I could remember his name from the hand. I won't lie, we look a bit rough and still have first-class service. The table next to us sounded like the most annoying, rude and picky people I heard in my 44 years. I was annoyed how insane they were. The staff was brilliant! Thank you."

"We had a party of four. The hostess sat us right away which was great, but we then waited 10+ minutes for a server to come to our table or acknowledge us. Finally, a young girl introduced herself and asked for our drink order. Two of our party ordered IPA beers and two of us ordered water only. The server had to come back to our table 3 times to let us know that the beer that was asked for was out, which whatever, but this took another 10+ minutes and each of those times she came back empty handed. I 'd assume she could have at least brought the waters, right? At this point I was just irritated and hungry. Dinner rolls and garlic bread were brought out, which was delicious. Our apps were brought out nice and hot. I ordered the crab and spinach dip but was quite disappointed because I tasted absolutely no crab whatsoever and it was served with tortilla chips. I guess I should 've looked a little closer at the menu because usually hot crab dips/spinach dips are served with a type of bread or soft pretzel bite. Oh well, my mistake, but again, I was already irritated so a fair judgement is... it was good. The main meals were much better. Huge serving size, tasty and fresh. I had The Rachael sandwich, my group had chicken Parmesan, chicken Alfredo, and a specialty burger. Everyone was happy with their main meal. Then while deciding on desserts to take home, a party member found a fly in their water. Honestly, I know these things happen and are out of our control. What was upsetting was when the server brought him a replacement water, she also left the fly water on the table in front of him. Pretty gross. So, writing this the next day with time to calm down, the food was good, the atmosphere was actually fun and lively, but we will not be coming back. Last night was our first time eating at this restaurant and the first impression was pretty disappointing."

"My husband and I stopped by Giotti’s for dinner this evening. The place wasn’t crowded, about half full. We were seated near the front and began looking over the menu. 5 minutes go byno one came to our table10 minutes go byno one came to our table15 minutes go bystill no one comes to our table. Not even to bring us a glass of water. The place is still only half full of people, or less by now. So around 5:30 we get up to leave and we see 4 of the wait staff/servers laughing and talking at one of the tables. We’ve had enough waiting and we left. Drove just down the road to Bellias and had a wonderful meal. Never again will we go to Giotti’s."
