Welcome to Half Man! Half Burger, Hastings St Leonard's first fully licensed burger restaurant! Our journey began in pop up restaurants and street food events in Brighton and the UK festival circuit, before finding our permanent home at the art deco Marine Court in St Leonard's. Inspired by authentic American burger joints, we aim to deliver the tastiest, locally sourced burgers and sides with a smile. Our Sussex beef patties are freshly ground, hand-pattied, and griddled in hot butter for maximum juiciness. Our unique bacon relish, bourbon whiskey BBQ sauce, and chipotle mayo are all made on site, using the finest smoke-infused bacon from Oakley Brothers. Our hand-cut fries are twice fried, dusted with rosemary salt, and served on a bespoke brioche bun. At Half Man! Half Burger!, we strive for quality, consistency, and above all, taste. Fantastic, lively burger place with at least 2 vegan burger options (plus a recent special vegan burger). These are made by them and they have a vegan section to their kitchen to avoid cross contamination. They also offer vegan cheese fries and drinks.
