In far out Alaska, Don Jose serves food that is Mexican like. The flavors and ingredients are like adjusted to local muted tastes. Still, most dishes will remind you of Mexican food. We ordered guacamole made at the table but got a not very tasty goop with some chips (do not order, make do with the free salsa ask for the spicy one, it is not spicy).
