Shanghai Inn is a great neighborhood Chinese restaurant that will be around for a long time. The food is great and you get your money's worth. The food is good, but the amount of meat they give you is awful. I order the house fried rice and I can literally count the amount of shrimp and chicken I have. Yesterday they gave me 3 shrimp and 5 little pieces of chicken. My coworker ordered shrimp fried rice with THREE DOLLAR extra shrimp she had about 10. They were sitting on top of her rice.
