Shanghai Inn is a great neighborhood Chinese restaurant that will be around for a long time. The food is great and you get your money's worth. We ordered over $35.00 worth of takeout and they gave us a half order of general Tso chicken! There also was enough duck sauce and soy sauce. I didn't even have to ask for chop sticks! The food is good, but the amount of meat they give you is awful. I order the house fried rice and I can literally count the amount of shrimp and chicken I have. Yesterday they gave me 3 shrimp and 5 little pieces of chicken. My coworker ordered shrimp fried rice with THREE DOLLAR extra shrimp she had about 10. They were sitting on top of her rice.
