Tonight we enjoyed a delicious meal before a show at Blossom Music Center. We started off with the homemade potato chips to share, which were delicious. The sirloin with goat cheese potatoes was a standout dish, and the burgers were also very good. The service was friendly and professional, and the dining room was beautiful and modern. Mediocre at best. The waitstaff was great! The pretzels were great! Had the special airline chicken and that was an apt description. Wine tasted like it had been open for a week. The patrons drink beer and cocktails. My wife threw away the Asian chicken salad. I really wanted to like this place as Hudson struggles with restaurants, but don’t think I will restore.
