The meal was good but you are paying for the view of the bay, the ferries docking, the people passing. Having said this, the management would have done better by pricing honestly. We asked for a smallest portion of the soup and yet somehow ended up paying four times the price indicated in the menu. (The price in the menu was per 100 grams of seafood.
