"Carmine is always a guarantee. I was there with my girlfriend two years ago and we decided to return again this year. The tables directly on the beach create a very suggestive and relaxing setting. "We visited this restaurant on our brief trip to Ischia when walking along the harbour water front and booked it for later in the week as the menu looked really good and recent reviews where very positive. We were not disappointed with our choice as the service was really good and the food was exceptional, if you are visiting the island this place is definitely worth a visit."

"Yes, I mean it. We literally did a pizza tour all over the country (we spent a month from Como to Naples to Ischia and Sardegna) and this was hands down our favorite. The sauce is the best i've ever had. Period. It become the standard by which we judged every other pizza. And we enjoyed the limocello and grapa after, as well. Additionally, it is a little hiddle gem off the road with a great patio and a fun staff, and it's family owned and operated. Ahmed was a great host. We ate here twice in our four-day stay in Ischia."

"We return every year in September, and every year mauro and silvano surprise us and pamper us more and more. this time the novelty is the renovation of the restaurant, which favored the kitchen, now wider and functional. already before the level was high (always with a very competitive price quality ratio now I can't wait for dinner next year, with the brigade at the most. but also in these two weeks of total relaxation and shawls in the gardenia, there are always delights: the meatballs, fried anchovies, the breasts in guazzetto and the always gooseneck in the salt. and peace, sight and sea of paprika are the best of ischia"
