Food was awful : I love urbane but I ordered the SoCal online at this location and it was ready in 2 minutes…sounds great right? Only to find the sandwich was cold and not cooked. I asked for extra chicken and all that was in the sandwich was a big slab of hard cheese and little chicken shreds in it and a lettuce to top it off. It was so awful : View all feedback.
