"Airtel Plaza Hotel, 07/28/23 My granddaughter her boyfriend they had stayed here. So me my daughter her mama we got to see their room it was really nice the pool area also I just felt in love with everything about this Hotel because it 's just like walking back in time. Over size Airplane Models the old fashion lobby area with all of the other cool history pictures on the walls it is so amazing!!! It was late but I would love to see it during the day. 's"

"Everyone here is so friendly. And it's better prices than Trimana which is the only Other eating establishment in the vicinity. They do charge .50¢ for a card if it's under $5 purchase. They make a point to try and remember your name. Everything I've tried is delicious defiantly worth coming for lunch."

"We decided to break up our flights to/from NY and Hawaii, so we flew to LA and spent one night at this hotel before and after our trip. We are so glad we did! The hotel has a complimentary shuttle from LAX which runs every few minutes, with professional drivers and is very clean and efficient. The front desk clerk Kevin, was extremely friendly, polite and had our room ready upon arrival, with an extra special smile and service. Alex, at the concierge desk was super friendly and gave us lots of information about the hotel, places to visit with an uber, and restaurants within walking distance, since we didn't have a car. The hotel pool is beautiful and very large; we felt like we were in a resort. They have a path with musician stars along the floor, which was a really nice touch and made us feel like we were in Hollywood. We had one meal at the hotel restaurant and it was very good and reasonably priced. We spent hours at the pool! 2 weeks later we returned at the tail end of our trip to Hawaii, and Alex remembered both of us by name (Lewis from NYC) and that was a really special touch. We spent hours at the pool again and my husband walked to the pizza place next door and we enjoyed some LA pizza. Thanks Alex and Kevin for making our stay extra special!"

"I cannot say enough about the amazing kindness, honesty, and service at Dixie. When I left my Tiffany necklace on the bathroom counter at Dixie, I thought it was lost for good. To my surprise, the staff were super helpful in finding the necklace for me and making sure I got it back safely.Overall, my stay at Dixie was affordable and did the job. The facilities are a bit old and more of a motel-style layout, but it was definitely enough for a one night stay. I was worried that previous reviews mentioned bed bugs, so I thoroughly checked the mattresses and found that they were safe and free of bed bugs.I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, low-cost, and centrally-located stay in West Hollywood. Once again, a huge thank you to the staff here for your amazing service and help."

"The security here is so unprofessional. goes by mac dark skinned male w dreads yelled at me infront of customers, harassed me, and threatened me, told me to meet him back when he comes back “i better see u here when i’m back” and asked me where i’m going to be tomorrow where i live, said if i have to i will involve my sister with u “trying to scare me” been coming to this mall for 13 years never the less did i expect this from their security, seen this male vaping on mall property before by the foodcourt, throwing up signs with his hands not sure what thats supposed to mean as he’s “walking around and doing his job” has his air-pods in all the time doesn’t know what’s even going on. don’t even try to call security or the mall management because you won’t get connected to either of them. i’ve tried to call over 10 times, no response and when you get transferred to security it doesn’t even go through says number not available something similar to that neither does it ring, these people don’t get trained to do anything but walk around the mall."
