The Pho at Pho Tuoi is amazing and in the restaurant the portions are amazing, but it order takeout ready to be disappointed. The container is only half full of broth, and while I understand that it is to leave space for some toppings, even if you have all of them in there still plenty of space. Pho Cafe off Barry Street has much better taking portions and the same quality. View all feedback.
