We drove from Friedrichshafen, Germany, specifically to go to Le Caveau, one of my favorite restaurants ever. Due to horrible traffic in Germany we almost arrived too late. But Corinne seated us and we had a lovely dinner, with the perfect local wine. I prefer common food, my wife is more haute cuisine, and we were both extremely satisfied. Un accueil mitigé. Une serveuse qui veut retirer les assiettes même si vous n'avez pas fini. Un dessert unique : dommage si vous n'aimez pas la glace aux épices, il n'y a rien d'autres. Le cuistot n'a qu'un CAP de choucroute eu dans le sud est et il l'a eu limite. Pas grand chose d'autres à la carte. Alors si vous aimez la choucroute nature allez y , pas une baie de genièvre !! When the weather conditions is nice you can also eat outside, and there's a counter where you can sit down and eat. The seat / dining area invites you to linger and extensively indulge.
