The behind the counter staff was taken to task by Karen, who did insist and ultimately speak with the manager. All over a bit of overdone bagel (the food prep gal scraped some darker crumbs off). Kudos to the team for handling it well and to the manager/owner for stepping up. My bagel was just fine. Lol. View all feedback.
