During my recent visit to your establishment, I encountered an extremely unpleasant incident that has left me disheartened as a loyal daily consumer of Tim Hortons.While placing my order, I was shocked by Lakhwinder's unprofessional and rude demeanor. Not only did she raise her voice and yell at me, but she also went to the extent of flaunting her name tag and challenging me to complain anywhere, exhibiting a complete lack of care and disrespect towards my concerns. This type of behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of Tim Hortons.As a customer who has been a regular patron of Tim Hortons for a significant period, I have always appreciated the quality of service and the welcoming atmosphere provided by your staff. However, Supervisor Lakhwinder's actions completely contradicted these positive experiences, leaving a lasting negative impression.And also if your supervisor is behaving like this then what to say.I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation.
