Ich war schon lange nicht mehr im "Em Birkebäumche".Es war auch nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt auf ein paar Kölsch und einen Tatarhappen, daher steht diese Bewertung unter einem gewissen Vorbehalt.Das Kölsch war gut und gepflegt gezapft. Heute leider nicht. Essen lieblos angerichtet, Heringsfilets mit äußerst wenig Zwiebeln, Äpfeln und was das Gericht eigentlich sonst noch ausmacht. Bratkartoffeln läppische, wie aufgewärmt.Das haben wir hier schon deutlich besser bekommen.Da sollte der Chef unbedingt ein Auge drauf haben, Päffgen-Kölsch alleine reicht nicht aus, um die Stammgäste zu halten...
