"I personally had a really nice stay at the hostel. The only thing that disturbed me personally that the showers are very small, there was no storage for clothes. The shower stopped after about 30 seconds, you can live with it. The toilet was cleaned and disinfected daily, as well as the shower, but you could possibly renew the toilet bowl. Not everything is available in the kitchen, I lacked 1 bottle opener there. Large refrigerator available. In the room there are lockable small closets, castle can be borrowed for a deposit. In the evening you can also have a very good chat with many different people and drink something. Beer, wine other spirits and coffee in different variants is sold, even cakes. It's a really nice atmosphere there. Staff are friendly, courteous, helpful and also helpful. Thanks for the nice stay. If I come back to Cologne, I'd like to see you."

"We went here to eat and the employees were all very rude. They did not make us feel welcome at all, took a very long time to bring us our food and even shouted at us. Though the food was all right, their treatment of us did not make it into a nice experience. Would not eat there again."
