They were training someone new and they didn't really understand what was on the menu but I did eventually get someone who understood during was able to get me what I wanted pretty much. Ordered a bagel with bacon and cheese and asked for it to be buttered. Gentleman rang me up for a bagel with butter toasted. Hash browns were old, hard, and crunchy.
