The room wasn't luxurious, but was quiet and comfortable. The welcome was good, and the receptionist carried my case up the stairs, which helped as I am disabled. I already knew the adjoining pub had closed down, which meant no bedtime beer, which would have been good. However, for breakfast I was offered porridge, which helped. On our visit the pub that is supposed to serve food was closed and had been for a while. No notification to this fact prior to arrival. No breakfast either. Young lady on reception was very apologetic and helpful. List of food services were given and we chose the Waterfront just up the road. Fabulous setting next to the water.
