Arrived at lunchtime today.. escorted to a table upstairs which was very bare and unwelcoming.. it was freezing .. too cold to sit comfortably to eat .. no one came to take our order for over 15 mins so we left. I know heating is costly but I expect to be able to eat a meal in comfort not in my coat and gloves. We saw others sitting in their coats and wearing gloves No welcoming at all. View all feedback.
