This is an extremely busy location, so taking that into consideration I'd say they're probably doing the best that they can but the wait was so long. We stopped in and ordered a couple double cheeseburgers, no drinks, no fries, nothing crazy and waited close to 30 minutes. Or it felt that long, anyway.
