"Fresh healthy food with a large variety and good portions for a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed the variety of vegetarian options and that you could add different proteins like salmon or tuna to any salad and at a reasonable supplement. The combo was very filling and even came with a smoothie sample. I can't wait to go back.. wish they had one in the west island!"

"Disappointed the last few times buying rye or Kimmel bread. Not only is it dry but it doesn’t even taste like rye bread, and forget about the kimmel…. It tastes like plain white bread. The price has gone up and the quality has gone down. Too many short cuts in the recipe. Too bad"

"Everything is very well prepared and you get a large plate full of food very worth the money. The fruit bowl is fresh and ripe with a variety of fruits. It is cheap and cheerful. The only thing I don't like is it's too noisy. The music is too loud and because of the furnishings the Acoustics increase the sound of people talking."

"It's got the right stuff where brekky/brunch is observed, and you can't beat the eats for a good hangover remedy...the service is ok, the waitress is friendly. The atmosphere is summer camp food hall, and about as clean.Vegetarian options: Most of their main breakfast dishes have vegetarian options."

"I got a lot of baked goods here! It’s a wonderland for carb lovers. I tried the miche blanche, cinnamon raisin bread, apéro baguette, and chocolatine. They were all delicious. The cinnamon raisin bread was perfectly balanced and the baguette is a great snack. I like that they sell old bread at a discount.My only criticism is that I wish you didn’t have the slice the bread yourself. The slicer machine is hard to operate and butchered my bread."

"I ordered the l'incroyable as a crepe and it was amazing. The crepe was perfectly cooked and the taste was superb. As a side i had a breakfast poutine that i added a sunny side up egg and smoked meat on top. I was barely able to finish my meal because the portions were huge. Next time im in montreal, we definitely need to return here."
