What Val likes about Kagura:
Love coming here. People complain about the waitlist but literally leave the area so they don't hear their names being called. I am always able to get in within 20min of signing the waitlist as long as I sit close by. The food is great for being so inexpensive I love the donburi and volcano bowl and the matcha dalgona. I was wholeheartedly disappointed with the place. The staff was very pleasant but other than that the food was absolutely disgusting. I got a salmon bowl and an unagi bowl. The unagi bowl was palatable but I would not pay for it again. The salmon bowl was straight canned salmon piled on top of rice. It smelled atrocious.
