we start with the sauce: - aazing! I can't use my finger on what they use, but it's different than any other bbq sauce I had. I ordered a brisket sandwich menu togo. the brisket was cooked to perfection-so delicate and tasteful. I also had the koleslaw and pommes that were both tasty.
