"Im glad i talked everyone out of going to Ihop for breakfast, crooked tree cafe hit the spot in ways other breakfast restaurant can not compare to. I had there homemade biscuits and gravy with two over-easy eggs, and bacon. Can i tell you this was truely homemade meal. Sorry mom, the biscuits were so soft an fluffy. The gravy was seasoned perfectly. The eggs are absolutely farm rasied chickens. Could not have been happier with this place. Come in see our server sarah, shes as awesome as the food was. Loved this place."

"I organized a spirit night with Destiny at Hawg Ale for our elementary school. Hawg Ale had never hosted a spirit night before. Destiny was so easy to work with and I was anxious for Hickory Hills families to attend, many had not yet dined at this local restaurant. Many families ate on the patio, it was a beautiful sunny fall day. The family bundle was a top seller and the servers put a hold on dine-in orders while the kitchen caught up in all the call in orders. My family sat inside and we were treated to live music! I look forward to planning another spirit night with Hawg Ale in the spring! We'll be back for sure."

"We went through and if we tried this place. five of us all have different articles and were really happy with everything. the mac and cheese, green and maisbrot are great. the whole meat was very delicate and tasteful. large pieces for the price. if you want a very honest bbq, that is a great place."

"Our waiter (I think his name was Evan? Very tall/slender/dark hair any way he was absolutely Phenomenal! He stayed on top of our drinks and was on cue before we had to ask for ANYTHING including extras/sauces/boxes/check etc. My friend and I were there with 2 very little babies and he was so sweet and patient with us! I have not had a bad experience, at this location, over the last 3 year's! ? the bathroom and changing area was clean, as usual!"
