A really excellent restaurant and the best one you can find. If you want to taste very fine cuisine from south west of france, do not hesitate a second. Always a pleasure to come there. The restaurant is a beautiful old house of Lozere in a calm and remote area close to mende. We had lunch at the post office's mother house and were delighted so we registered it on the way back and reserved for the safraniere since the post is not open in the evening.
