I was disappointed to find out that Dip n Flip had ceased trading (a year late) and GBK in Putney had also closed so it was a great relief to find GBK in Wimbledon. The Mighty was wonderfully cooked Medium Rare, as I had asked, and well presented. The staff were attentive, friendly and professional. Shame shame..ordered a medium rare burger and skinny fries. Burger was well done and fries were forgotten. These people don't own the place but just work there, so don't care so much about the fact that when you spend 20 quid for burger and fries experience has to be perfect..
