Taco Bell - Middle River

What User likes about Taco Bell:
I've consistently had great meals here, and the guy at the drive-thru is incredibly sweet. Many drive-thru cashiers can be rude and forget to say thank you, but not him—he's friendly and always chatty, which makes visiting a pleasure. On the other hand, I find the woman with the shabby elbows a bit off-putting. View all feedback.

Sometimes this restaurant is fantastic, and other times it's quite disappointing.
