I've consistently had great meals here, and the guy at the drive-thru is incredibly sweet. Many drive-thru cashiers can be rude and forget to say thank you, but not him—he's friendly and always chatty, which makes visiting a pleasure. On the other hand, I find the woman with the shabby elbows a bit off-putting. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Sometimes this restaurant is fantastic, and other times it's quite disappointing. It feels like a 50/50 chance; you might get the most delicious taco to satisfy your cravings, or you might end up with a soggy, poorly packed mess. I believe all these establishments in Maryland should receive an independent health inspection. The prices they charge for meals are just not justified by the quality, and I’m thankful I don't live in this state. It would be great if the managers could take their roles seriously; the employees seem to mimic their attitude, and without customers, their businesses would not survive. They don’t seem to adhere to Taco Bell’s operational guidelines, which should be followed regardless of whether they are a franchise. This neglect affects the brand as a whole. It’s disheartening to see how poorly managed these locations are, especially in the Black communities that deserve better service. Someone needs to take action. I felt compelled to write this review because the situation is embarrassing for Taco Bell worldwide. The general manager appears indifferent, which explains the flood of negative feedback. If they took their responsibilities seriously, there wouldn’t be so many complaints. As it stands, these locations pose a health risk to the entire community and should be held accountable.

I've often encountered missing items or tacos that are poorly assembled. The cinnamon twists are also disappointing; they used to be generously coated with brown sugar, but now they hardly have any. Additionally, they never seem to provide napkins, even when I ask for them. If I'm lucky enough to get some, it's usually just a maximum of three small, ineffective ones. If you visit on a good day, you’ll enjoy a delicious meal, but on a bad day, you'd likely prefer to eat the paper bag instead.
I usually like to eat taco bell and usually have a good experience. this time to go was not so good. Drive-Thru was wrapped around the building, so I walked in, I and another guy ordered our food. After I had abandoned my order, it took forever to get my food. at this time the entire drive-thru has already been extinguished. After I got my food, I went to eat and everything was hard and cold. I'll wait all the time for my good to turn like that. I don't want to go back to this taco bell.
Every time I got there , they rip us off . Pay for guacamole and when you go home , there is no guacamole. Missing tacos, burritos, you name it they will screw it up. Hire some decent help that can read an order.
