Stopped through the drive thru on the way to a cookout, the guy running the window today was amazing! There was a wait on fries so we pulled ahead to wait, he upgraded the size for free for the wait and was super personable and nice. I had a craving for a cappuccino, so I decided to go to McDonald's to get one along with a cinnamon roll. I typically don't visit McDonald's unless it's for a drink because I don't eat their food. Today, I went through the drive-thru and the employee didn't provide good customer service. She simply stated my total, handed me my food, and didn't even say thank you or have a nice day.
