Stopped through the drive thru on the way to a cookout, the guy running the window today was amazing! There was a wait on fries so we pulled ahead to wait, he upgraded the size for free for the wait and was super personable and nice. I didn't catch his name but he had the prayer hands tattoo on his arm. Thanks dude, made our day!! View all feedback.

I had a craving for a cappuccino, so I decided to go to McDonald's to get one along with a cinnamon roll. I typically don't visit McDonald's unless it's for a drink because I don't eat their food. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and easy to work with. The food is served hot and quickly.
I had a craving for a cappuccino, so I decided to go to McDonald's to get one along with a cinnamon roll. I typically don't visit McDonald's unless it's for a drink because I don't eat their food. Today, I went through the drive-thru and the employee didn't provide good customer service. She simply stated my total, handed me my food, and didn't even say thank you or have a nice day. This experience reaffirmed why I don't usually go to McDonald's. I probably should have just gone to the Starbucks next door. The cappuccino tasted like burnt coffee with a hint of sweetness, but the cinnamon roll was delicious.
To begin with, McDonald's doesn't really deserve a review. I have not been a customer of McDonald's since around 2014 when I had a negative experience with a meal that left me feeling ill. Despite this, I find myself at the Middleton Century Ave location frequently to buy my daughter a Happy Meal and shake. On a recent visit, I noticed a sign promising a free cookie if the Rewards Program wasn't mentioned. However, when I placed my order, the employee failed to mention the program, so I asked for the free cookie. The employee made excuses and did not provide the cookie as promised. This experience left me frustrated, and I feel that the recent changes to Yelp's comment section limit my ability to share my thoughts effectively. I am disappointed with the service I received and question the motives behind the lack of transparency.
Great place for health conscious individuals to dine occasionally unfortunately it seems to be the Oasis for the obese
Aweful. Got in line with two cars infront of me. Ordered two hashbrowns that was it. I waited in line for over 15 minutes and when I got my hashbriwns they were hard as a rock, cold and old. I couldn't go in a request new ones because I was running late for an appointment having not anticipated it taking 15 minutes to get hashbrowns. I understand one of the cars ahead of me ordered a very large order but have them pull ahead and walk it out to them regardless of it it's winter making everyone else wait for a large order to be filled was unacceptable I've been asked to pull ahead for much smaller orders.
