After working downtown over a year, I am getting sick of the chain sandwich shops. Simple sandwich is just that, simple and very delicious. Everything is made fresh and you can tell. On top of great food, extremely friendly staff and a clean dining room, they have amazing prices. If you can get a full “combo meal” under $13 downtown in 2023, that deserves 5 stars. My girlfriend just ordered for lunch, and there was a bug in her food, when she tried to return they made a big deal only wanted to remake the food and didn't want to give a refund..... Horrible. View all feedback.
