"I ordered mobile here this morning before I leave my house with the Bruegger app. I came there about 20 minutes later and my order was not ready. Then I waited 10 minutes before I asked for my order, and they told me they had done it. At this point it would have been much faster to wait only in line and order. The woman who worked there informed me that they were from the kind of bagel I ordered what was super frustrating because I had been waiting for a while to get my food, but I just requested another type of bagel. When I finally went to eat my food, I found that she had not given me the replacement I requested and made my sandwich with a completely different kind of bagel."

"This is the worst Brueggers location ever!! No matter how long the line is, there are always 2 employees just standing around behind the counter. I just left there as I only had a short lunch break, and the guy behind the counter just played with a towel for 5 minutes instead of asking me what I needed. My order is plain bagels in a bag, unsliced. It should never take more than 3 minutes in ans out. Never again!!"

"I and my family have made a short holiday to Minnesota to visit Paisley Park and some other sights! Love good food and good service. The manager Josh was great with information that we were at home. All employees made us feel like eating there and the level of confidence was high at what they served! We all enjoyed our meal and the Brussel Sprouts were delicious. Thank you."

"Was having a really bad day, feeling very alone and upset because most people in my area eat meat. Decided to come here for the first time. It looks a little intimidating from the outside, but inside, the workers are very nice. I didn't feel judged or looked down on. I just showed them on the menu what I wanted to buy, asked for it in a to-go container, and then it was ready in a few minutes. They have seating indoors now, but I wanted it to-go anyway. I got full-size vegan biscuits and gravy for $8, portion size was huge, super good and super worth it. Today I was going through a hard time and hard times cafe helped me feel a little better about the world. I can't think of any cons about this place. Thanks :"

"Cafe opens nice and early for the early risers out there like us! Everything was SUPER tasty. The pop tart made my heart happy. I was surprised all the baked goods came out cold but still enjoyed them all. Yes, the covid restrictions are tight so bring a mask and your covid vaccine card. It was great to see that it was a non tipping establishment (is this another MN thing.. We had to bus our own tables and get our own water but it was fun..They also have a partnership with some local animal sanctuaries! I recommend the Jambalaya if its still on the menu when you go!"
