So disappointed. Used to get food from them years ago and it was delicious but they seem to lack that taste I'm used to. Bought some food for my mom's bday and it was awful. Ordered 3 knuckle sandwiches that were hard as ACTUAL knuckles. There was nothing tender about the meat whatsoever.
