We dropped in traveling through the area from vacation. Looked up pizza places and came across Bibb Street Pizza Company and would rather support local companies. I ordered in the restaurant and waited for it to be ready. And both pieces were dry. What's in the picture are two slice straight from the oven and you can't tell. The dark area on the pepperoni slice is older cheese. The light area is where new cheese was sprinkled.
