"I ordered in the restaurant and waited for it to be ready. And both pieces were dry. What's in the picture are two slice straight from the oven and you can't tell. The dark area on the pepperoni slice is older cheese. The light area is where new cheese was sprinkled. I guess when you order by the slice, they use pre-cooked cheese pizzas and throw toppings on top. The meat was tasty. Just wish the sauce and cheese was fresh. Maybe I should have ordered a whole pizza and the experience would have been better."
