Fazoli's - Muskegon

What User likes about Fazoli's:
We had very good service! We were in the area for my nephew birthday party in a water park nearby and followers that we should eat at Applebee, but they had a 45-minute wait, so we went over the road to the Fazoli's, and we are so glad we did! What Renee Carroll doesn't like about Fazoli's:
We got home from the store after the drive through, after being charged for three baked spaghetti with meatballs, none of my meals had them. Mind you I was charged for three orders with meatballs. After calling the store the only two options they gave me were to drive all the way back to the store to get the meatballs, or return the spaghettis to get a refund, mind you this was dinner for my kids and we live 15/20 mi...
