We had very good service! We were in the area for my nephew birthday party in a water park nearby and followers that we should eat at Applebee, but they had a 45-minute wait, so we went over the road to the Fazoli's, and we are so glad we did! What Renee Carroll doesn't like about Fazoli's:
We got home from the store after the drive through, after being charged for three baked spaghetti with meatballs, none of my meals had them. Mind you I was charged for three orders with meatballs. After calling the store the only two options they gave me were to drive all the way back to the store to get the meatballs, or return the spaghettis to get a refund, mind you this was dinner for my kids and we live 15/20 mi... Children's Night in Fazoli's is the best!! The staff is so brilliant and friendly and the food is always hot, fresh and delicious!

Stephanie was great. She was helpful and brought my food to my table. The place was clean with an upbeat vibe. The food was yummy and hot. The bread sticks are the BEST!!! Plus they are all you want while on the restaurant. And best of all I got a lot of food but did not spend a ton.
