Was a lovely evening and partook of our aperitifs outside. We were offered for our order to be taken and informed when meal available.....never appeared so we finally took our table as booked. Even though we were the only customers in the restaurant at that time (1915) it took 15min for order to be taken and at least 30min before the meal arrived. Booked tapas afternoon tea which was advertised as tapas and sweet things (i.e. cakes etc) but instead we got sandwiches and tapas. I did not complain at the time as I thought I may have misread the description on their website. I checked the website when I got home and I was correct. I sent an email complaining and received one back saying ‘I will inform the manager of your comments’. I have not heard any thing more... View all feedback.
