Not the ice knocks, that's amazing. Wednesday night and my complaint is that it took me 33 minutes to get through the line. 3 people work and while it is this rush instead of the 3rd person help to make any ice that would make 1/2 the time of waiting them mix. Mopping is something that can wait until closing, not if there is a line of customers at the door. Ruins my experience View all feedback.
