Ummmm can I just give a huge shout out to the girls at cold stone in Trinity?!?!?! Tonight I took my crazy kids there and waited in line for forever they were SLAMMED! When our turn came I looked at her and said hey my kid is super silly can you just make him an ice cream that looks like the beach? She went above and beyond and literally made the beach even with hermit crabs on top of his ice cream! I am super guilty... View all feedback.
What Finn Huel doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
The ice cream is always good, but it is hard to do a pickup order and expect it to be ready in half an hour frame. It always seems to be teenage girls that are frustrated quite quickly, which is understandable for the high order volume. Only one more person could help to get people faster and faster. Hopefully another person can get staff when it is busy to help with the workload. Side note- watch the ice cream manuf... View all feedback.
Cold Stone Creamery in Trinity was lovely. With so many delectable options, from which to choose, it was so difficult to finally make a decision what to order. The decor was full, with good reason when I visited, and all ice varieties, candy, candy apples and cakes looked amazing and fresh! The employees worked hard to make them through the customer line. I ordered a chocolate shake that was delicious to take home together with a massive chocolate peanut butter cup. This peanut buttercup was the best PB cup I ever tasted! Cold Stone Creamery is a bit on the expensive end, but you get what you pay, and I will go back in the future and it is my opinion that you should also.
Nothing beats Coldstone. The Coffee Lovers Signature Creations is the best!
Not the ice knocks, that's amazing. Wednesday night and my complaint is that it took me 33 minutes to get through the line. 3 people work and while it is this rush instead of the 3rd person help to make any ice that would make 1/2 the time of waiting them mix. Mopping is something that can wait until closing, not if there is a line of customers at the door. Ruins my experience
This location gets busy so I placed an order online for pickup. Was told it would be done at 9:23. I arrived on time and sat in the pickup area. Not a single employee asked who I was picking up for. I waited 10 minutes past my pickup time to politely just let them know I was there and ask about my order. One of the young girls with an attitude stated ?yeah they?re working on it?. She then proceeded to say to another employee ?that girl is saying she placed an order 20 minutes ago. Like okay what am I supppsed to do about it? ??. And after waiting 10 more minutes I finally received my order which come to find out when I got home? was incorrect and contained nuts which I?m ALLERGIC to so yeah very upset is an understatement and the lack of manners was mind blowing

I am super guilty of underestimating young adults and teenagers so I am thankful to be reminded that they can be freaking amazing! I don?t know if this post will ever get back to them, but if it does I will be be ever so grateful, and hey if any of you stop in there, throw a couple extra dollars in their tip jar because they deserve it!
