Really good. The highlight was the tuna tartare; the combination of twirl, avocado, and tuna was simply beautiful, and the caviar on top added a lovely touch. All the seafood was incredibly fresh, and it was great to see the fishmonger pulling the catch right from the display to prepare my meal.
